The CASA NAVLÀ property, although very close to the town of Gardola di Tignale, is located in a green and private corner of the mountains which can be reached by car via a private road and enjoys an enchanting view of Lake Garda.

The green of the meadows and olive groves chases the blue of the lake from Malcesine to Sirmione, and the imposing Monte Baldo is in front of the house.

The sporting activities that mainly take place in this area are: trekking tours, bike tours and water sports.

Just 200 meters from CASA NAVLÀ, easily reachable on foot, is the center of Gardola with its shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, pizzerias and restaurants.

Just 5 kilometers away you can rent sailing boats with skippers, practice windsurfing, kite surfing and golf.

Important theater and musical events take place very close to our area.

In the various seasons in our town, parties are organized with music and tasting of typical products, markets, classical music concerts, free guided walks to get to know our wonderful territory.

The area is renowned for its extra virgin olive oil and wine and offers visits to the local oil mill and tasting of wines and local products.

At the port of Tignale, the ancient Limonaia Prà de la Fam has been renovated and can be visited, even with a guide, to discover the ancient cultivation of lemons and taste the various products that were made with them.

Tignale is also known for its Sanctuary, the Sanctuary of Monte Castello dedicated to the Madonna, it is a destination for many visitors who appreciate its religious and historical value and its absolutely unique position overlooking Lake Garda.

On Lake Garda from spring to autumn there is a navigation service with boats and hydrofoils that touches all the main towns on the lake and the nearest mooring is 15 km away.

The nearest free or equipped beaches are just 5 km away. from Tignale and can be reached with a free bus that leaves and arrives 100 meters away from CASA NAVLA’, or by car.

The swimming pool is 2 km from the house and can also be reached with a free bus.
